AURA is an innovative wellness centre dedicated to promoting holistic health
and well-being for individuals of all ages. Located in the heart of Reem Island,
Abu Dhabi.
Our centre offers a wide range of services and programmes designed to
address the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of wellness, such as Yoga,
Pilates Reformer, Brazilian Body, etc. Our mission at AURA is to empower
individuals to live healthier, happier lives through personalised care, education,
and support.
We believe that true wellness is achieved through a balanced approach that
integrates nutrition, fitness, mindfulness, and stress management.
Our AURA Studio, staffed by an extraordinary team of teachers, provides the
